Jocelyn Guillaume - CEO

The Founder and President of Foundation Guillaume and the backbone of the community. Called "father" by community members of all ages in Plaisance due to his deep love and devotion to the community he comes from. The main man on the ground making change happen in Plaisance. He divides his time equally between his family in the United States and the community of Plaisance du Sud.

Patricia Camilien - COO

Patricia is a very smart, talented and creative young woman who has used our limited finances to go further and than you can imagine. She is a University professor in Port-au-prince and helps the Foundation with her excellent writing and leadership skills; ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Madam Luc - President

Madam Luc is our founder Jocelyn Guillaume's Mother and is the woman that has kept the Foundation together all these years. She truly has a servant’s heart from dawn to dusk as she is serving others. Her faith is the most important thing to her in her life.

Endora Guillaume - Executive Assistant

Endora is the daughter of founder Jocelyn Guillaume and is following in his footsteps. She supports fundraising efforts, community outreach and contributes to both school-based education and hands-on community projects on the ground. She is passionate about serving the community of Plaisance, just like those before her.
