The orphanage in Plaisance is currently home to 33 children. Raising these children is an honor and a big responsibility that is not taken lightly. They are loved and cared for and therefore they are thriving.

At Mission of Grace in Plaisance, we’d like to create a more personal experience for both our children and their sponsors. We believe connection is what our kids need most, more than money, more than gifts. They need to know that someone cares. The children at our orphanage come from a multitude of backgrounds, some with at least one parent or other family members. And so, we’re looking for people who care:  supportive, champions to encourage and connect with our kids. These are the kinds of people we intend to involve in our child sponsorship program.

Sponsorship is a big responsibility and a much-needed partnership. We depend on monthly sponsors to provide the funding to run the orphanage. Sponsorship for a child at the orphanage is $50 a month.
